When you launch GoPro CineForm Studio you will be presented with a Welcome Screen that lists three options:

Edit – enhance your converted clips.
Devices – register, update, and configure GoPro devices.

Click on Import and you will get to import new files, view or play them, rotate/flip them, and convert them.
Click on Edit and you will be able to edit the converted files. The editing options you can play with are clearly presented on the left hand side. Once you’re done, you can export the edited file as an MP4.
Click on Devices to make sure your GoPro products are up to date.
